How does the free trial work?
After you create a free account, you will get immediate access to all KiipBox features for fourteen days. When your trial expires, you can choose between our three plans and pay by credit card inside the Dashboard. Your permanent account will replace your trial account and everything (your campaigns, data, subscribers, etc.) will remain intact.
If you decide KiipBox isn’t for you, your account will expire at the end of the fourteen days trial period.
How will you bill me?
We will bill you monthly or annually and you can pay by credit card. We use Stripe as our payment gateway and accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We won’t ask you to sign any contracts other than our terms of service.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. You can change or cancel your billing plan at any time if you decide KiipBox is no longer for you.
You can also ask us to remove your account and all data related. We will proceed with account removal within 2 months.
Can I upgrade my plan later on?
Of course! You can upgrade your account at any time.
What if I reach my monthly quota of leads?
We will notify you via email and we will not pause your campaigns. Your KiipBox will still collect leads for you. All leads over your plan limitation will be charged as extra leads at the price of 0.5€ on your next billing period.
What are the benefits of buying an annual plan?
With our annual plan paid upfront, we provide a discount on your monthly plan.
Do you offer any plans above 50 monthly leads?
If you are looking for a custom plan that matches your business requirements, feel free to contact us and we will figure out a solution.
